It was a long 6 weeks process. 3 phone interviews. One with HR, one with the supervisor and one with the manger. Manager told me look for a certain type of person and that is why the interview process takes so long. Manager also didn't seem to know that details of the job. The supervisor knew the job details and was pleasure to interview with.
