Standard interviews first over the phone with the hiring manager, the onsite. Asked a number of good questions on background and experience working with customers in challenging situations. Some of the interview questions were repeated from one person to the next, making it easier to get feedback and fine tune my answers towards the end of the interviews.

1. Technical questions about C++, Memory Management and Data Structures. 2. Questions about the projects worked on. 3. Some HR related questions such as "If Manager assigns you a task which is impossible to finish withing given time frame, what would you do".
