they kept changing my interview date, making me have to re-adjust my schedule for nothing. they also ghosted me after, didn't even have the decency to tell me i didn't get the job.

it was a quick 20 minute sit-down with simple questions about where u would want to work, how social you are, how u would resolve conflicts with customers etc. as long as u have acceptable social skills this part of the interview should be very easy.

I was referred by another employee. They asked me for my availability and the store manager immediately scheduled a one on one in person interview. He looked at my resume and asked about my previous experiences and availability to work.
