This isn't an interview to be extremely nervous about. Once you meet the manager and feel a bit more comfortable, it's just about being polite and kind. Be sure to make eye contact a lot, it's one of the things they look for. Chances are, if you're researching like this, you'll get the job.

Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
