I applied online for this job and got a call within a few weeks. Its a new location that is opening so the interview didn't take place at Panera. The manager who interviewed me was super nice and very relaxed, they are very flexible with the hours you need to work if you are in college or have kids that are in school, etc.. I am excited to start here and it seems like its going to be a really fun place to work!

The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
