Interview was quick and easy. As a high school student at the time, I was a nervous kid without any experience. If they need help, they will hire almost anyone. I was hired quickly and my co workers really helped me and taught me the ins and outs rather than the managers. They make you sit and review their guidelines and policies at a computer for the first day or two, and then you're off to work.
