Had screening call with HR. Then video call with director and another employee. They asked typical questions and the interview was very relaxed and casual. Communication was always prompt, respectful and very clear. It was a very smooth and comfortable process

Entrevista
I applied online and messaged the recruiter directly on LinkedIn. I was invited to a preliminary interview shortly after with the Recruiting Manager and another HR team member. The interview was very conversational and comfortable. The next interview was with the Recruiting Manager again and the HR Director. Again, super conversational and informative about the role and company. Third interview was with Recruiting Manager, HR director and two HRBPs. The HRBPs asked all the questions, both technical, behavioral and in effort to get to know me. Overall process was great, and I was kept in communication as far as next steps along the way. Super disappointed to ultimately not be chosen, but very fortunate for the experience. I'll be keeping my eye out for future opportunities - seems like a great team/company!

Entrevista
Parametrix reached out and arranged an online interview soon after receiving my application. The interview itself was fairly short and informal--no longer than an hour--and conducted by two CRM employees, who informed me at the end that they'd be interested in moving forward with hiring.
