They told me that the interview in person would be the last touch of the whole thing. I don't live closed by. Single way driving there is almost 2 hours. I did suggest a web interview or phone interview before I drive there. But they insisted. So, I went. They were busy, I waited for quite a bit before we can hop on an interview that lasted less than 15 minutes. Very standard questions, nothing seems like the last touch. Before the interview, they gave me a very tight schedule, saying that they want me to start in two weeks. But they didn't get back to me after two weeks and wanting me to go back for a second round of in person interview. The whole thing is just messed up. No respect to the candidate's time, energy and as a person. I didn't go back. They are not worth it.
