Was contacted by the hiring recruiter in the Uk then I had a phone call with him, then I had a in person interview, then I had a call with another employee and then I got the offer.

Very easy, only had 2 interviews and then they offered me the job about 30 minutes after my second interview, had 2 days to get back to them after they offered me, have to get drug tested

Entrevista
I have attended a virtual assessment center in which I have been selected with other candidates. The second and fina step is a 30 mins interview. The interview was quite informal. There were two interviwers, including the VP, who's incredibly kind.
After the interview, the recruiters have stopped answering my emails, which I found quite rude. It took them more than expecting to get back to me, with a very general feedback.

They want to make sure you have the grit for cold calling and going after leads. Not everyone is cut out for it so really they want to see how serious you are and if you're willing to put in the dues.
