I had a great interview process with Patsnap. My interviewers were extremely personable; every interview I had felt like a conversation between colleagues where we discussed my professional background, the future of the company and innovation as a whole. My first interview was with a recruiter who reached out to me via LinkedIn. My next interview was with a Sales Manager. The final interview was with that same Sales Manager and the Head of Sales for North America. I received a generous financial offer from Patsnap which I would describe as highly competitive (perhaps even above average) for tech sales. I think it’s a great opportunity to get in with a company that is experiencing tremendous growth. Not only will you be paid well, but as the organization continues to expand, there will be further opportunity to build your career profile.

There were three rounds of interviews total (screening, with hiring manager and for case study presentation). Each round was interesting and gave you the chance to showcase your skills. The recruiting partner was very friendly and kept me well informed throughout each step of the process. Overall conversational and great interviews.

Overall, a very efficient and professional experience. My recruiter was very kind, professional, and organized. She acted as a great liaison between all interviews. It was especially helpful as I was busy at the time. The interview consisted of a screening call, an interview with two stakeholders in the company, and then a comprehensive interview with more stakeholders.

The interview process was swift and structured as well as easy to comprehend. From first point of contact to first interview was respectful in character and of my time. The proceeding interviews to follow were also managed in a timely fashion. despite not being a successful candidate; the energy from my interviewers made the experience an enjoyable one

They didn't ask any questions besides my salary expectations. For this role, they offer $65k CAD base salary with OTE of $130k. This is well below the average base salary for a tech sales role especially in the Life Science industry. RepVue has PatSnap base salary at $80k and OTE of $160k, they quickly informed me that this was incorrect and that senior AE's are getting $80k. If you have tech sales experience, don't bother with this company.

I had three interviews total with PatSnap starting with the recruiter then with the hiring manager and a mock call role play with the hiring manager and team lead. I had a very positive experience with the interview process as they knew I was in the final stages of the interviews with other companies. Due to this, they sped up my interviews with them, which I really appreciated. I found the hiring manager, Wes, to be very personable and articulated his values and expectations very well. This made it easy for me to see alignment with him as a manager. After my final interview, they got back to me promptly (within two hours). The interview process was smooth, quick and good communication from the recruiter Jade. She got back to me when she said she would.

I had conversation with a Recruiter via zoom where we discussed my background, qualifications, what I was looking for in next steps, and my salary. It was an open and transparent conversation about the needs of the business and what I was looking for in my career. I appreciated the transparency of the process and decided that it wasn't the best fit for me as a next step.

I reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn, applied and went through a few steps: 1. Phone screening with Talent recruiter 2. Call with Hiring Manager 3. Call with Head of the Department The process was quick, responsive and efficient. Every step of the way, every person expresses one of the PatSnap's core values (iLOGIC). It's a great sign of a dedicated and thriving company.

The interview process was very fair. I was given enough time to answer general screening questions from the TA team at PatSnap as well as the behavioral and technical questions posed by the hiring team. Overall, the individuals involved in the interview process made it feel comfortable enough for me to show up and be my genuine self throughout the entire interview process.
