Questions on how i got to know about patient first and skill test was given to access my knowlegde of a few lab concepts. i was interviewed by the lab supervisor and the DMS

there was a skill test and blind test the skill test has some WBC, some abnormal RBCs ,and Urinalysis morphology with some basic question. there was aslo a self evaluation form they gave me to fill

I applied online and received a call next day. Phone interview and on-site interview was scheduled at the same time. I spent about 30 minutes for phone interview and did not go for on-site interview. During the phone interview, they explained everything such as benefits, starting salary, work schedule, etc. It was okay interview.
