The interview process is fairly simple. Honestly, if you meet the basic qualifications you will get the job. The questions are simple and your typical scripted questions that don't require much thought.

How do you feel about working for a company that is open 365 days a year?
After a brief phone screening process, there was a phone interview with HR then interview on site with lab supervisor and some tests looking at slides. At the corporate office there was another skills test on paper.

Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses, how you handle conflicts.
I did a phone interview. They asked me the basic questions and made me feel comfortable. It took 30 mins. I remember they asked me lots of questions about interaction with co-workers.

Entrevista
It took 3+ week, has three phases (phone interview, then they will schedule an HR interview after that you will be scheduled to talk to the Supervisor). The interview includes skill test during HR with basic laboratory questions and color blindness test
