Initial phone screen with the recruiter, then a technical challenge with two developers, and lastly an interview with the team manager and a technical lead. The experience was great and the interviewers were friendly, receptive, and open to answering my questions. Ultimately, I declined the offer because my current employer matched it and there are still some projects I would like to be involved with where I am, but I would jump at the opportunity to interview with them again when I am ready to move on. The team is very friendly and professional. Also, the recruiter I worked with was awesome. He kept me updated along the way and was very timely. Best of all, he always checked in with me after each interview to ask how the experience was for me as someone interviewing with them, to ensure the experience was good. Easily the best recruiter I have ever worked with!

One session of technical interview, another session of a behavioral interview with executives. The first step went well and led to the second one with executives. From my perspective, the second went well, too, according to the interviewers' expressions. Although the day after, they sent me a rejection email, and when I responded with a thank-you email and requested feedback, they did not respond, which was disappointing.
