The interview was long, detailed and included interviewing with senior management and other professionals within the organization. Each supervisor asked different questions and this helped to create a dialogue to show not only skill sets but how you react to situations.

Interview process consisted of 2 interviews and one shadowing session. Interview questions were pretty standard STAR structure. I interviewed in person with one supervisor while one other was on a video call.
