Poor communication and follow through. This should have been a red flag from the beginning. If the initial recruiter is an employee of Paycom and they are so extremely unprofessional; 45 min late to the interview, dressed in a torn rock concert tshirt and looking like they just woke up, promised to follow up in a given time frame which never happened at any step of the interview process. They said they wanted to get through the interview process within 10 days. More than 3 weeks later, I backed out because of they can’t hold themselves accountable at this stage, they won’t hold up to the promises being made during the interview process.
