I was interviewed by 2 Indians at Frisco and had a weird experience. I attended the interview for Test automation engineer and I told them that I have worked on selenium UI automation. They have asked just 2 questions on selenium. I was interviewed most of the time by a developer and all the questions were related to development. Though I had answered most of the technical questions, they rejected me. They have more concern about my experience than the technical knowledge.
