Initial phone screen interview with a recruiter. My recruiter was absolutely amazing and extremely informative and helpful. Super quick turnaround after my in-person interview, just two days from that to an offer. The recruiter will ask you about your current job and your work load there and how you manage it. Then explain the roles of this position and ask you questions related to how comfortable you feel with the expected work load. Be realistic and don't underestimate the work load that is involved with this position because it is a lot. If you have previous experience talking to clients or having a client base, highlight that as much as you can and that you are comfortable in those situations. That's a HUGE part of the screening process and selling point to the recruiter.
