Three interviews over the phone about what ur day to day activities include, are u willing to relocate how do u handle stress next week someone higher up then contacts u, answer same questions

Waited over an hour for my interview time, the room was uncomfortable hot, their interview questions were standard. I had to take a few assessments a few years prior. I was sent to a very uncomfortable part of town. No one reviewed my assessments with me. Because I was an internal candidate, I was able to ask more direct questions before my interview process began. They were looking for candidates who could answer questions using the STAR technique. A director, an HR rep and a district manager were all present in my interview.
