I can't believe that a company known for assisting other employers in hiring candidates is itself confused and asking illogical questions during interviews, wasting candidates' 90 minutes in final rounds with founders who themselves have no idea what they are looking for in a candidate. I have never experienced an interview where founders are even confused and have no vision. Penny company pays in pennies.
