Conducted via Microsoft Teams, the online interview involved discussions with a Human Resources representative and a company manager. It was a friendly exchange where both parties actively participated, sharing insights and asking questions.

Entrevista
Initial contact via phone calls. 2 interview in total. 1st is a very general touch base kind of interview. In anticipation of the 2nd interview, the company will ask the candidates to prepare a presentation of the candidate's experience and recommendation of their ideas and how it could be useful to the company. 1st impression of the environment and people there is quite good.
