Short and brief. They seemed to be looking for people with AT LEAST semi-flexible schedules. Like any job, start by asking for an application. Next, depending on their hiring status, they will notify you via phone call or e-mail if they are willing to accept you. Then, an in-person interview is done; the manager wants to gauge if you will fit their team and how well you react to being "put on the spot." Finally, the details are hashed out such as work schedule, work experience, etc...
