I applied online and a few days later received an email from a recruiter. We set a time for a phone interview. The day of my phone interview comes and after waiting for 15 minutes for the recruiter to call me, I get an email from her saying she was sorry and that we needed to reschedule. I get it - stuff happens. We rescheduled. The second time around, she didn't email me 15 minutes late. She actually emailed me 15 minutes before our phone interview to let me know she needed to reschedule AGAIN. Needless to say, my experience with her made me not want to interview with this company. My time, just like hers, is valuable. Very unprofessional.
