Interview Process was drawn out and long. Applied online, was contacted 2 weeks later to do a skills assessment. 2 weeks after the skills assessment was offered an interview. The interview was standard spoke with an hr rep about benefits first and then spoke with the customer service managers. Beware the redhead she’s a snake. Called to follow up for a month and was constantly told i was still being considered for a position. A month later i got a rejection letter. Overall waste of time, don’t wait a month to tell people you don’t want them.

I quickly got called to an interview. My first meeting was with Human Resources. Asked very general questions. Seemed very friendly and professional. Next HR escorted me to a meeting room with two of the managers I’d potentially be working with. Look out for the redhead. She sets the tone for the entire interview. Mean Girls vibe for sure.

Had the interview after being recommended by another department. I had interviewed with the DMS department a month prior. I was told it was a great recommendation. I thought the interview went well. They were all very kind. I heard under 2 weeks later by email that I was not fit for the job that I have 7 years experience in.
