Entrevista
I was contacted by the head of the department by email as well as by a detailed voice mail. The interview process was well planned an respectful of my time. I was given a tour of the campus, made a presentation to a class, conducted a rehearsal, was interviewed by the Dean and by the search committee over a delicious lunch, all in a few hours. All my interview expenses were reimbursed and I was accommodated overnight at a hotel in the area. I was introduced to most persons I ran into with the head of the department on campus. I was impressed with all the interactions I had.

I was not asked any unexpected question. I felt that I was in a setting where people were trying to get to know me and I was being shown who they were.

Submitted the application around in late January. Got the first round interview in February with two faculty members. Then, the final interview was conducted with groups of standing faculties.

Entrevista
My interview was over two days. It involved meeting with current faculty members and instructional designers. I gave a 50-minute presentation to a group of about 30 faculty members and graduate students concerning my research.
