I was called for a phone interview. Afterwards, they contacted me again saying they would like a 1 on 1 interview at the branch. After the 1 on 1 interview, it took about a week for me to get an offer.

Interview was in person (before COVID), and very casual. Dressed business casual. I'd recommend doing research about Penske before hand and knowing how you would be a good fit -- knowing what you can offer as an employee. It was a quick 20/30 minutes of just conversation. The interviewer described the position in more detail.

I applied online after a recruiter forwarded my resume to HR. Within about 3 days I received an e-mail from HR asking when would be a good time to set up an interview for the following week. During the interview there were two individuals who asked me questions, a branch manager another manager. The entire interview lasted about 40 minutes, and was very laid back.
