First I applied online. In addition to attaching my resume, there was a quite lengthy personality assessment/quiz. After that I was invited to the local branch for a sit down interview with the Branch Manager, Rental Manager, and Lease Sales Rep. It was a relatively informal interview (although I did wear a suit, which was fine). This business is all about working with people - for my branch at least I'd suggest keeping that in mind. They need to know you're calm under pressure, are personable and approachable, and can handle conflict respectfully.

Very relaxed. You will interview with the District Rental Manager, area rental manager and district manager. If you started out as a management trainee, interview will be focused around your performance as an MT and your plan to be successful in the new role regarding prospecting, cold calling, etc.
