Poorly organized. Started late and very disorganized transition between sessions. Felt like I was interviewing for an entry level role vs an executive role. Discussions were good, but the entire process felt awkward.

The interview process at Pentair was unfortunately not the best experience. It was drawn out over several weeks with multiple rounds of interviews, but it became clear that there was never a genuine intention to hire. The lack of transparency and communication throughout the process made it frustrating and disappointing. While I understand that companies need to be thorough in hiring, it felt like my time was not respected. A more streamlined and honest approach would benefit future candidates.
