Super easy and the recruiters were very friendly. Be prepared to engage with two individuals. There is only one round of interviews before they give you a phone call so make sure it counts. They want people who identify with Pepsi's values so review their website thoroughly before of the PepsiCo Way
Lighthearted and reasonably long, not too intimidating, doesn't give difficult to answer questions. Very friendly interviewer, company was very quick to give updates. Good experience overall, asked a lot of scope questions.
Easy interview generic interview questions and behavioural . Just need knowledge of the company and you are good to go . People are also nice an accommodating . Met ceo
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a combination of behavioral and technical, while the second round was more technical heavy with case questions and ad evaluations.
