Entrevista
There were three 20-30 minute interviews with three different two person teams. It was pretty intensive. I interviewed at what they called Perficient day for college students, so interviews were preceded by an in depth company overview, followed by lunch and a meet and greet.
All of the interviewers were very nice, and conversational, the helped you expand on your answers and talked about themselves, and asked related follow-ups. BUT they don't make it easy on you. They ask difficult questions, but then are conversational with you upon your answering.

They asked fairly generic interview questions, but some were geared specifically towards consulting, such as:
How would you handle a situation in which a client first asked for one thing, and then once you'd done significant work on a project, changed their mind to ask for another thing?

Talent specialist reached out after I connected with someone at the university career fair and applied. Scheduled a phone call and talked about starting date, info about the company, answered Qs.
Then scheduled 1st round interview that was a "skills-based" consulting interview. Conducted by a PM and an Associate Business Consultant that got hired the summer before. Got email less than 24 hours the next day that they are "unable to proceed with advancing you to the next round of interviews based on our current requirements".

Multiple rounds with different consultants, the last interview is a panel with a director. You should come prepared to speak on your strengths and how you can contribute! The interview team is very engaging.

Entrevista
Very easy interview process that didn’t necessarily see what was actually fit for the role. Very much a turn and burn type of company with extremely “corporate” culture. Do not work here if you plan on staying more than 6 months or actually building a career.
