Normal process. HR Screening and meeting with Managing Director for local office. After agreeing to next steps (advancing to next interview) during the interview with MD, never heard back for next steps and after reaching out hear from HR they decided to poach from a select group of orgs and removing all other candidates regardless of experience

Reached out by a sourcer/recruiter, who had an initial screener call. Followed by a call with yet another recruiter a couple of weeks later, asked typical sales interview questions, but the role and scope was unclear. Next up was a video call with an engineer/technical person, which made no sense as the questions were irrelevant to a sales role, and there was limited information on the role itself. I followed up with thank you notes, and all that for each step. This final call was followed by silence and no follow up scheduled. Overall very unorganized and unclear process with long timespan
