Contacted the Recruiter through Linkedin. Got selected in both rounds. Recruiter called for salary confirmation and told to release offer letter in a week. Then recruiter stopped taking calls and replying to emails. Recruiter herself told the salary structure and job position. Even if you are rejecting candidate at this stage, atleast tell the candidate since you confirmed everything.

The process was smooth and the interviewer was very encouraging. He told me that the purpose of the interview is to understand my area of expertise and not to drill down on what i don't know. That gave me a lot of confidence in the interview.
