The interviewer was very late to respond even though she reached out to me first, there was also not enough feedback, general lack of enthusiasm, and they had just laid of about 10+ employees- they didn't seem too happy with the company

The interview was great! The people I interviewed with were super friendly and we're asking great questions. They were genuinely interested in my portfolio and were very open about firm culture.
