Entrevista
First Round was a phone interview that mainly focused on fit (why interested in Pfizer and healthcare, etc). It was about 30 minutes.
Second Round was a series of 4-5 interviews in their NYC office. One was a case presentation and the rest were very much like the phone interview. Each interview was about 30-45 minutes.

Application online on company site , receive confirmation email and you should follow up in company site to follow application process , then you should receive email of acceptance for interview , and one of company Contact to confirm interview place and time
standard for pharma industry: resume review and screening, meeting many people, it took more than 3 months to get the offer; it is a slow process, you have to be very patient, too many committees and approvals and they always have preference for internal candidates

Initially contacted by recruiter in HR. Recruiter provided insight into the company and was extremely helpful. Did not have a lot of insight into the hiring group or the position. It was a panel interview in which I had the opportunity to meet the group. Discussion was open and comfortable - I was able to confidently answer their questions.
Overall it was a late start and a relatively early finish and I had the feeling that it was not going to move forward. It seemed as though they had already identified their first choice candidate.
