Had three interviews over the period of 2 months. Recruiter never got back after the final interview. Please get back to candidates as they invest their time and energy in the process even if they are not successful in landing the job. Dont leave them hanging for weeks trying to figure it out. This is highly unprofessional. The same recruiters would email you all day to set up interviews why is it so hard to send a rejection email or give an update?

Phone Interview for 30 min and then In-Person interview if they like you. You meet with the hiring managers and Director. It is more of a panel interview where all of them ask questions.
