Two stage interview with an aptitude test. Main reason for negative rating is due to two very poor situations that mirror each other in a very unprofessional and concerning way.
Back in August 2023 I applied for their Sales Support role but never got so much as an acknowledgement of the application. Needless to say they never got back to me after I chased them up. I decided that they mustn't care that much applicants and moved on but bookmarking them as one not to apply to again.
I was then approached by their recruitment manager on LinkedIn Feb 2025 asking me to apply for the Customer Success Manager role they had available. We had a call where I explained my previous experience with the company. He openly told me their recruitment back then was bad and apologised. I decided that they must have a new mentality to recruitment and I decided to apply for the Solutions Administrator role that we discussed on the call.
I got through to the second interview and after a 8 working days wait that was told to me would be 3 days, I was not successful in getting the role due them finding someone they found suited the role more. Totally understandable and respected their decision.
I responded to see if they would still see me for the initial role I asked to apply for (Customer success manager) as the interviewers were very friendly and the facility is nice. I however was told I would have to wait 5 working days for the recruitment manager to return, so he could advise. He was cc'd into the email so I hoped he'd get back to me in due course.
Not a huge issue but after not hearing anything for 3 days after this date I sent an email for an update to be completely ignored. I then sent a message to the recruitment manager on LinkedIn 2 days after the previous email. That was the April 24th and I have still yet to hear back. Very much like 2023.
I would just be caution going to this company as they seem very disorganised with recruitment or that has been in my experience.
