Entrevista
I applied for this position via recruiting company. Because of that, I didn't have any HR interview/ call.
step 01: Call with Director, Infrastructure Operations and one of Site Reliability Engineer.
step 02: Online HR and IQ interview test. This is new to me. Its video and audio recording online exam. 50 question within 15 mins (I think I did 45 questions).
step 03: Ping sent me a project to implement on Ping AWS infrastruction. This assignment has 5 or 6 tasks. Need to complete it and share the document with them.
step 04: Present the project to Site Reliability team. I did it at Halifax office and there were 6 or 7 people on the call from Denver. This is 1.5 hours stand-up interview. Prepare for real world AWS questions.
Step 05: Phone interview with Director of Infrastructure.
Step 06: They have few system to get backgroud check and them final offer.
So its long interview process. I enjoyed all the interviewed, because its not traditional interview process. Dont ready for "tell me about your self", "biggerest challenge or weakness " etc etc

Entrevista
1. Initial call with recruitment team, discussion re: skills and experience, salary expectations
2. Call with head of engineering, behavioural and some technical. Discussion about your experiences/skills
Second interview went really well, was told directly by the head of engineering that they enjoyed the discussion with me before ending the call and that they will definitely contact recruitment team to let me know about next stage. Then nothing. Radio silence. No updates or even replies when I contacted them multiple times.

Entrevista
The interview process is very dissapointing. They ask you to do a personality test and a CCAT test. The questions are so offensive that I cant even imagine how the culture is in this company. Companies that put you through this process are not worth it and whoever decided this, you're not only losing talent, but you're building a toxic environment. You are not going to find the best employees through these tests.

Entrevista
To put it simple stay clear of Ping identity. Any company who basis your ability to perform in a job position with a CCAT prior to interviewing is a company who doesn’t understand people.
There are many out of the box thinkers who may not solve questions on a CCAT test quick enough.
It’s obvious this company wants a group of cognitive robots who take orders.
Stay clear!
