It was the usual phone screen with a person at Pinnacle. Normally they go 15m but this was a spirited conversation that went for 30m. So far, good. I reached out, ghosted. Reached out the next week, ghosted. Called and left voicemail, no answer. If I wasn't suitable, have the decency to say so. Ghosting is absolutely immature, especially in an organization that has multiple positions available.
