I did a final interview in person, met with like 9 people each for only 20 minutes. Most did not have many questions for me or seem very interested in what I had to say for that matter. One senior banker there described the culture as "passive aggressive." Verbatim.

Entrevista
Interview process was lengthy but went quick. The process involved two rounds of Zoom interviews along with a 4+ hour in-person interview with all of the team members you'd be supporting plus a few extras.

Entrevista
I interviewed with both EA's and management. Everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. Overall a great group of people. The EA's support one another which is very important to me. They work as a team.
