Easy interview process, nothing more than the basic knowledge a data scientist should have in terms of theory. The process is in 3 steps, one HR interview, one technical interview and one final value interview.

Despite a smooth interview process, the scheduling took an excessive amount of time, stretching over several weeks. After completing three rounds of interviews, I received no follow-up or communication regarding my application status. It's disappointing and unprofessional for a company to leave candidates in the dark, especially after investing significant time and effort. They should reconsider their approach to candidate communication and avoid ghosting applicants post-interview.
