All Behavior questions, it's a lot of entry level stuff so they just want to see if you're a human being. As long as you mention, communicating, talking to operators and genuine about it you should be good.

Rather laid back. Started with a 30-minute phone screen and then half day on-site consisting of interviews with various managers. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Rather unintimidating interview process.
