The onboarding process takes longer than you would think. The company uses workday, and if you don't stay on the manager you wont receive your "tasks" you have to fulfil in order to get hired.

It never got to the point of an interview due to workday hangups and broken communications.
Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
