Entrevista
Very long, I had 2 interview, one with a general manager and one with an assistant manager. I applied online and filled out an online application. I was also asked to take an assessment. After I passed the assessment, I was called on for the first interview, I had the second one about a week later. I was then offered the position over the phone.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.

Entrevista
I interviewed with the club's general manager and was offered by the end of the interview. The interview took place in the lobby of the club and I was given a tour of the facility. Questions were pretty straightforward and general to customer service.
