They called me about 2 months after I submitted my app. The interview process was easy, the manager and assistant manager were present. Had typical questions like what are your strengths, are you comfortable enforcing policies, tell me about a time you encountered conflict, etc…

It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.

Why are you interested in Planet Fitness specifically

Entrevista
I interviewed with the club's general manager and was offered by the end of the interview. The interview took place in the lobby of the club and I was given a tour of the facility. Questions were pretty straightforward and general to customer service.
