Lots of interviews and a test. Interviewed 4 times and no response . Plant visit and one phone call interview as well. Didn't mine the amount of interviews but I felt it was one way. They didn't put much effort in the process.

Initial Phone call with recruiter. If you are local they bring you onsite for multiple interviews with team including plant tour. First round with hiring manager and then second round with peers
