We sincerely apologize for the issues you had scheduling your interview with our Talent Acquisition team. Unfortunately, your interview was missed due to a meeting on the recruiter's calendar that ran longer than expected. Although we rescheduled, it is clear the member of the TA team was moving too quickly and did not send the invite to you informing you of the new time. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we understand how frustrating it must have been. Clear and timely communication and scheduling are critical to our process, and we deeply regret that this wasn't your experience.
Moving forward, we will ensure better coordination between our Talent Acquisition team and third-party recruiters. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
