The first interview was with HR over the phone, it was a basic screening to ask about my education and prior work experience. They explained the work culture and assessed if I would be a good fit. The next interview was in person with the head of HR, she was simply trying to get a feel for my work ethic and how I work with various personalities in different situations.

The interview process went fairly smooth and moved quickly which suited my needs. Had s phone screen, in person (with test) and follow up conversations then finally an offer. The hiring manager was professional and curtious. They treated me well, paid for my travel to and from and provided lunch
