I was first approached and asked to do a coding interview. It went well so there was a second stage that consisted of a phone interview. I was told it had gone well and that the Recruitment Team was organising the 3rd stage of the process but, after weeks and weeks of me chasing them, they said that the process had just frozen and that they would let me know when it resumed. That never happened and they haven't answered any of my follow-up emails ever since. Very disrespectful company when it comes to the Intervewing process.
