Very laid back interview process. I met with the VP and my direct boss. They asked about my employment history and the type of work environment I liked. The whole interview seemed to center around my personality more than anything but since I was new to the industry they did ask me if I knew certain acronyms (which I didn’t) but they still gave me the offer and I’ve loved every part of this job.

Referred to internal recruiter since I was currently employed with ISS. My position was being eliminated and I was looking to transfer to a new position. Call from manager to discuss opportunity and requirements. Follow up call from Lead Sys Ad at location to determine technical knowledge.
