Typical interview process with Technical and HR round. Technical was telephonic . And for HR Round I went to Polaris Pune office in morning. Before lunch all process is completed
They will focus more on core concepts of software engineering and domain knowldge related financial and banking sector. Once technical cleared and then will have a manger level round and finally HR round.

Nice, asked technology related questions. And explained what they are looking in a candidate. And everything went very well. Interview status also HR updated immediately, I mean with in a day, which impressed me. I heard like very good product based company. Finally I am happy with its process.
