Very Bad as they were concerned about the previous experience and the lady who has taken my interview was not having any skills to judge people, as she was following the hard core experience candidates in relevant field, even after all the satisfactory answer she said that she is impressed but she has to discuss with the management as i am not having the direct sales experience and she ruined my confidence and above 6 years of experience due to her non-judgmental skills
